Faraday&Future Inc. ("FF," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you purchase, set up, or use the FF Robot Dog product (the "Robot"), the FF mobile application (the "App"), our websites, and related cloud services (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to personal information of users located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, additional terms or a separate regional policy may apply.
This Policy does not apply to: (a) information practices of third parties we do not own or control, including third-party AI providers, voice assistants, app stores, or websites linked from the Services; (b) anonymous or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked to you; or (c) employment or business-to-business contact data, which may be covered by separate notices.
3. Information We Collect
We collect the categories of personal information described below.
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you make an order, create an account, sign-up for offers or otherwise engage with our services, we may ask for certain personal information, such as:
• Account information: name, email address, password, phone number, country/state.
• Customer support information: messages, photos, videos, or other content you submit when contacting support.
• Survey and feedback responses you voluntarily provide.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically From the Robot and App
• Device and technical information: Robot serial number, hardware model, firmware version, App version, OS, device identifiers, language, time zone, mobile carrier, IP address.
• Usage and diagnostic logs: feature usage, session timestamps, error reports, crash logs, performance metrics.
• Connectivity information: Bluetooth pairing information, signal strength.
• Audio data: voice commands, audio captured during two-way calls between the Robot and the App, ambient audio captured when the microphone is active.
• Visual data: photos, videos, and live camera streams captured by the Robot's onboard cameras.
• Sensor and environment data: LiDAR/radar scans, depth maps, object and obstacle detection data, and other data the Robot uses to navigate.
• Interaction history with the Robot's AI assistant, including the text, voice, image, or sensor input you provide and the AI's responses.
3.3 Sensitive Personal Information
Some information we collect may be considered "sensitive personal information" under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and similar state laws. This may include:
• Contents of audio, voice recordings, and video recordings.
California residents have the right to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. See Section 9 below.
3.4 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including affiliates, service providers, business partners, device manufacturers, platform providers, analytics providers, and publicly available sources. We may combine such information with information collected through the Services and use it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following business purposes:
• To provide, operate, set up, activate, and maintain the Robot, App, and Services.
• To improve product features, train and refine motion, navigation, and AI capabilities, and develop new products. Where we use your data to train AI models, we apply de-identification or aggregation where practicable.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, malicious activity, and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, and lawful requests from government authorities.
• To send transactional communications (e.g., order confirmations, firmware updates, security notices).
• With your consent, to send marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
5. AI Features and Third-Party Processors
The Robot uses artificial intelligence to recognize speech, generate responses, identify objects, and navigate its environment. Some AI features are powered by third-party providers. When you interact with these features, your input (such as voice, text, image, or sensor data) may be transmitted to and processed by these providers under contracts that restrict their use of your data to providing the service to FF.
6. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as described below:
• Service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf (payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, AI services, fulfillment). They are contractually limited to using your data only to provide the services.
• Affiliates: members of the FF corporate family, for purposes consistent with this Policy.
• Household members: if you invite others to share access to your Robot, they can access certain Robot features and content.
• Legal and safety: when required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of FF, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain sharing of information for cross-context behavioral advertising or analytics may be considered "sale" or "sharing" under California law. See Section 9.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and App use cookies, SDKs, pixel tags, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, authenticate you, measure usage, and (where applicable) deliver advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from supported browsers as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for California residents.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
9. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), gives you the following rights:
• Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, including categories, sources, business purposes, and recipients.
• Right to access a portable copy of your personal information.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request, email us at privacy@ff.com. We may verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided you have given the agent signed written permission and you verify your identity directly with us.
Categories of Personal Information Collected and Disclosed (CCPA Notice)
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following CCPA categories of personal information: (A) Identifiers; (D) Commercial information; (F) Internet or other electronic network activity; (G) Geolocation data; (H) Audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; (K) Inferences.
We have disclosed categories A, D, F, G, and H to service providers for the business purposes described in this Policy. We have not sold personal information for money. [FF to confirm whether any sharing qualifies as "sale" or "sharing" under CPRA.]
10. Your Privacy Rights in Other US States
If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have rights similar to those described in Section 9, including the rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling.

11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for individuals aged 13+ and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact [privacy@ff.com] and we will delete the information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as by email or in-App notice). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
